How do I fill out my design brief?

After placing your order, you'll find the design brief link on your order confirmation page, in your confirmation email, or anytime from the link on our website.

How does this work? What do you mean by AI-assisted?

Every card starts with your story shared through the design brief. You tell me about the person, the occasion, and what matters. I then use AI image generation tools to create original artwork tailored to your brief, but I'm the one directing the creative process: choosing concepts, refining compositions, and making sure the final result feels personal, not generic.

What's included in a "round of refinements"?

Once you choose your favorite concept, you can request adjustments to colors, composition, text placement, or mood. Anything within that design direction. Switching to an entirely different concept counts as a new round. The goal is to get it just right without endless back-and-forth, so most cards are finalized in one pass.

How long does it take?

You'll receive 2–3 design concepts within 48hrs of sharing your brief. After you pick your favorite, one round of refinements is included, and the final card ships within 3–5 business days. Total turnaround is typically 7–10 business days from order to delivery. Need it sooner? Reach out, I can sometimes accommodate rush orders.

What size and quality are the cards?

Every card is a 5"x7" folded greeting card printed on premium heavyweight cardstock with a soft matte finish. Each card comes with a matching envelope, ready to send.

What do the multi-card packs include?

The Pack of 6 and Pack of 12 are sets of the same card design. Perfect for holidays, event invitations, or thank-you notes where you want a cohesive look.
